Work is priced as follows:
Fixed price quote: A verbal and written quote is available. V.A.T. does not apply to labour charges. Materials are charged for separately. Work is only carried out after a price is agreed with the customer.
No charge is made for an estimate / written quote.
Breakdown call-out charge: A boiler breakdown call-out charge of £60 is due once the fault is diagnosed. A quote is then given for any replacement parts including additional labour charge for carrying out the repair work.
Boiler Service: Should you wish to enquire about a boiler service, please phone or email for a price. Boiler services are priced from £60.
New Boilers: Replacement Condensing combination boilers supplied and installed starting from £950.
Power flushing: As a general guide, I charge £40 per radiator, starting at £240 plus the cost of chemicals.
Invoice: Once work is completed,an invoice will be produced, showing a full description of the work carried out, specifying labour and material charges. Payment is normally due on receipt of invoice.
Larger jobs will require payment for materials in advance, for which a receipt will be provided.
